5 must Habits for perfect routine!

In today's busy schedule, we forget that the body system that works for us day and night too needs to be pampered and nourished, not time to time but I would say EVERYDAY!! Do not wait for the day when your body gives up and you need to drag yourself to the doctor and take those unwanted pills.


Here I would suggest you 5 very easy habits which one should definitely indulge in everyday life.



1. Start your day with a Glass of Lemon and honey in warm water.
   




Some of us faces cranky mood disorder, lethargic body and dull feeling right in the morning, this remedy works great for those people. Honey Lemon water gives you instant boost of energy and improve your mood. It helps you beat constipation, cleanses your stomach improving the functioning of your colon. Don't you remember as a kid you always felt fresh and full of energy? Yes, cos you played or kept moving here and there all day and kept sweating :) sweating releases oxidants from your body. Hence you get another reason to walk. Walk for a better sexual Life. Walk for healthy body, healthy heart, and improved brain power and last but not the least, Add years to your life.



3. Balanced Diet:




Eating balanced diet means choosing a wide variety of foods and drinks from all the food groups. Keeping it simple when we talk about eating food, we usually think of breakfast, lunch and dinner. But the proportion of three has to be balanced so as to keep it fit and light It is rightly said in the tradition too." Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar “And along with that keep taking small meals in every two hours cos empty stomach produces acid. And most important is not to include alcohol, cola beverages in your diet. They add no good to your body.





4. A fist full of dry fruits:




Yes, a fist full of dry fruits regularly. Almonds rich in vitamin E , walnuts containing omega 3 fats ,alpha linoleic acid n lot of protein , Pistachio nuts rich in vitamin A&E , Fig , Raisins . These are few dry fruits that should be included in the routine. Dry Fruits prevents you from heart diseases , Controls weight ,  slows down aging , beneficial for organs ,  prevents hair loss , great for skin , maintains cholesterol , beneficial for constipation ,  improves haemoglobin . 
Having so many benefits now can you afford to skip dry fruits even for a day?





5. Sound sleep:








Above mentioned habits will go all waste unless you sleep at-least for 7-8 hours a day. Yes, a proper sound sleep is very important to have a healthy and fresh day. The quality of your sleep directly affects the quality of your waking life, including your mental sharpness, creativity, emotional balance, physical vitality and even your weight.

The question of understanding what is essential tea tree oil would remain a question unless we understand what actually essential oils are . Essential oil in layman language you can say '"oil of" the plant from which they were extracted .They are used in perfumescosmeticssoaps and other products, for flavoring food and drink, and for adding scents to incense and household cleaning products.

So here we are talking about Tea Tree oil which is an essential oil is derived from the leaves of tea tree .Do not confuse tea tree with unrelated common tea plant that is used to make black or green teas .

Having antiseptic and antifungal properties ,Tea tree oils works wonders on skin of the people facing acne issues , scars , marks . Helps in cold and cough , congestion , vaginal infection,
